i go with my 2 best friends and my boyfriend follows the plan too but whenever i talk to anyone else about my losses they are like sure its only 3lbs and its only 2 lbs to them its nothing but to me its great

i just got rid of aload of clothes as im now 13lbs lighter than what i was 4 weeks ago
