    And I feel fine :)

    Had a chocolate shake, choc and orange bar and Thai soup... Loved the soup!

    Had no hunger pangs and feel motivated :) just gotta keep going now!

    Slimhands - just keep thinking how good we'll feel trying on new clothes in a size smaller!! Hope you feel much better soon x

    Good start both! I think the first week can be tough as your body makes the switch from glucosis to liplysis/ ketosis but it does settle at some stage over the coming days so good to keep motivated to the first weigh in to give something to feel good over!

    Oh and drink lots of water! - helps you to feel better as it transports the toxins/ fat away which is also how you lose weight!

    Day two pretty much done... Had a strawberry shake, a toffee raisin bar and veg soup - all tasty :)

    Have felt good all day so I can't complain, just want it to be weigh in day so I can see how I'm doing. Going to have to weigh in on Wednesday instead of Friday this week as I'm going away so not too far to go :D

    So it's 4.25 am and I have had 2.5 hours sleep... I have to get up in 1.5 hours for a 12.5 hour shift :s

    Oh dear....
