Went for my 'second' weigh in although it was for week 2 AND 3 and lost 12lbs!! yeah! i had my TOTM too... am soo sticking to this!!
got my first bars.. tried the chocolate one... yum yum... only got 3, so will only have 2-3 a week incase it effects my losses...
Anyway just wanna say to anyone starting out, stick with it... and try not to cheat, it really seems to work! the first week is tough but the routine soon settles.. and it seems to get a bit easier!!
