Hi everyone hope you are all ok. As some of you know I went on a girls weekend to London a couple of weeks ago and was very good and stayed on LT the whole time and didnt drink. I then had to stop due to health reasons but am back on LT as of yesterday. I bought a dress to wear out in london when we hit the clubs but forgot it at home and had to buy another one in london. Such a shame i know lol.

I tried it on yesterday and it is too big on me so i ordered a smaller size as I have a murder mystery weekend away on the 21st of Novemeber. I ordered the 16 and just tried it on to see how much i need to lose till it fits and it fits perfectly. I am over the moon. Hope it won't be long before I am in the 14's. Also my BMI is now in the overweight rather than obese category. Hubby just called me to tell me how proud he is. Can this day get any better x x

Thank you both. Can't wait to get into the healthy range. Jenny never been to one before. It is for my cousin's 40th and its 1920's themed. Will let you know how it goes. I normally would be really nervous about seeing everyone but with my loss and a new dress I cant wait x x

Aw, that's great!! Well done! It seems so much more real when you can see the difference in your clothes, right? Also, crossing the line between obese & overweight is a big achievement! Go you!

Isn't it fab to see how all your sacrifices on your weekend away have paid off? You deserve to feel so proud of yourself. Hope the murder mystery weekend goes well.

Thank you all. The weird thing is that it doesnt even feel like a sacrifice anymore. I love this feeling of losing weight far more than i ever enjoyed food. And the best news is I have got rid of my chocolate addiction. I dont even feel like i could eat some now even if i was not on LT. Chocolate has always been my downfall as I would often not eat all day and then just eat junk. Not anymore. I am so glad I found LT and all of you. Could not have come this far without you and all the help. support and advice. My husband gave me a hug this morning and told me that he is so proud of me and he can really see a change in my confidence. I love LT and i feel like I am getting my life back.

    Sorry for going on
