Well after a ropey week i went to weigh in and i STS im soooo chuffed, to be honest past 2 weeks i wasnt good but managed to lose 1lb each week and then maintained this week :) but its time to knuckle down and my hol is in 7 weeks!! Gonna read my book and go back to basics.. I have lunch prepared and dinner planned for 2mro, even have potatoes peeled chopped and in water! Im so ready to lose sum serious weight once and for all :) xx

Sounds a bit like me. Since Christmas it's taken me ages to get my head back into the plan, and I was losing and re-gaining the same 6-or-so-lbs for months! I've since given myself a kick up the backside and decided for once and all to get rid of this weight. Last week I lost 2.5lb, and this week another 1.5lb - I'm over the moon! It just shows it can be done. Get back on the wagon and you'll have that weight shifted in no time.

Im exactly the same chic, been losing and regainin same weight for ages, rejoined 6 weeks ago and
same thing again lost 4 first week, then 1, then gained 2.5 and then 0.5 and
then past 3 weeks its been 1 off 2 weeks in a row and then STS last night, now
its time to get focused, I would really love a stone off for my hol in 7 weeks
so im really gonna try, well done on ur loss :D
