So how long are you planning to do LT.

    My plan is for 2 months then go onto Atkins style eating after refeed to stay in ketosis but adding exercise until I get to ultimate goal of size 8 :)
    Whats everyone's plans?

    For as long as I can stand it, until I am at the weight I want to be. Well that's what my logical brain says, but my hungry belly says otherwise! LOL!

    I am going to take it a day at a time. See where that takes me :)

    Till 24th of this month... Then refeed PROPERLY for a week... Then a week of normal low fat healthy eating - then another 4 weeks....

    I think that way I have a better chance as I always give up after a month.

    another 6 weeks maybe? see how my mind and body feels. hopefully not sooner but could possibly be later. but definetly going to do a 2 week proper re feed.
