So,How much is CD these days?

I am seriously thinking of restarting as my weight is creeping up again and I am seriously depressed about it!
Can I still have just the 3 packs and how much are they costing? I don't think I could afford 4 packs a day :-(

If under 5'8 then yes! If you are over 5'8 then there is the Sole Source Plus programme which is 3 x CD and a 200 calorie meal.
