Lol - I find I am often walking after meals (apart from breakfast when I walk before) and it gives me a good appetite for breakfast as I'm not a breakfast person, it also helps burn off the evening meal.
Perhaps some fruit as well as the water might help?
I am bad for this! I exercise almost every night (it's the only time of day i can fit it in), and i am starving afterwards. Just had a mugshot before when i wouldn't of normally wanted it. Fruit leaves me hungry still.
My losses have been so slow lately, expecting a gain this week, i know this is because i'm not 100% at all (seriously lacking motivation). My body looks a lot more toned though which i'm pleased about. As long as i end the month lighter than i started then that should be good enough.
I'm really going to throw myself into in for February, no nights out, keep up the exercise and stop snacking on rubbish.
Don't know what to suggest for you, i'm going to try and leave my HEX's and use those after exercise next month, hopefully it will become habit and i will stop craving other stuff.
When I exercise I save both my HEA and HEB for the evenings for that reason, then I have my tea, then some fruit and if I get really peckish I make a cheese and ham toastie and pack it up with mushrooms, onions and sliced tomato. It feels really naughty but it's a healthy extra.
