Gawd, i am SO hungry today! Don't know what's wrong with me :confused:

So far i've had -

Brekkie - 2 frylight-fried eggs on 1 slice toast, 2 alpen light

Lunch - chinese savoury rice

Snacks - 2 plums + a mugshot

and it's only 3.30pm!!! :sigh:

I know i'm eating too much today, just can't seem to help myself :rolleyes:

Why not try making a big fruit salad, and i mean big and eating a couple of syn free yogurts like muller light or something? The sweetness might just take the edge off for you :cool:

i've been the same today - have eaten non stop! just about to have another mullerlight to tide me over till dinnertime

:O Oh my lol.. If anyone has been eating too much it must be me.. cause everytime i see any of your food diaries mine are proberly triple!! LOL

Just eat eat eat, all that free food and low syn good stuff. Cant go wrong. If its free then how is there a 'too much' limit?!

I agree with the others, if you are having a 'munchies' day you should eat and get it out of your system then go back on the diet 'proper' tomorrow, otherwise your cravings may turn into one big binge, and you want to avoid that, good luck with it.

If your like me though.. i find if i try and soften the blow with one treat, it just leads me to want more.. the only way i get it out of my system is to literally eat what ever the hell i want. I dont want to sound like i a have a binge problem, but i accept that i just need to do it, and when i finish and am over it, i find it focuses me so much more on the days ahead and planning. Mind you the danger is, knowing when to stop and being able to get back on the plan.. either that or i chose to completely fight the urge, and then find drinking diet coke helps.. xx

Thanks guys! :) I ended up having an extra 2 alpen lights after dinner, just for the sweet kick!

Salmon, couscous and spinach for dinner, yum! :)
