which my brother had paid for, since my brother see's him and he was a little concerened about my diet.
So there I was thinking that I would get an ear bashing about how bad this diet is.
So I took the trip to London, went and met him and after about an hour of questions about my lifestyle etc etc.. something totally bizarre happened..
HE SAID I SHOULD STAY ON CAMBRIDGE!
WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOO.
This nutirionilist advises the England Rugby team.. and if his word is good enough for them... it sure is good enough for me!
He said I should try and get a little more protien in my salad (im on ss plus) and he says that I am deficient in fat (ironic moment for someone to tell me i am defficiant in fat!) So he said i could do with eating oily fish as my protein.
Anyways here is the good bit, he said that once I Come off cambridge that i could stay in ketosis without it being a detriment to my health. I.e just avoiding the bad carbies! He said there are different levels of ketosis and im probably in deep! but i could be in ketosis following the diet, which for me is the best news ive heard in ages! I know it sounds strange but i love love love ketosis, the no hunger thing is the reason I can survive this diet.
he said quite a few atheletes are in ketosis or do a ketosis cycle which means they do ketosis mon-fri and have weekends off.
He said it is a very efficient way of burning energy, but i do have to be careful and make sure i get a lot of calcium suppliment.
So this is great, a nutirilonist that UNDERSTANDS me and my needs, understands my weight battle and why I fear coming off cd and someone who will be there to help me step off the plan (which I will not be doing until after xmas)
So yay... now I can handle all objections from people that say it is not healthy )
