So just started SW as a online member and struggling to believe

Yesterday I ate
B onken fat free yogurt 4 syns
L Bernard Matthews turkey ham 5 syns
D chicken cooked in BBQ fry light with prawn and egg salad
Snack extra light laughing cow 1 segment 1 syn
Fruit and 2x muller light


Now to me that sounds sooooooo much but is it ok to eat that much - also didn't lose any weight on first day

Has anyone got speedy weight loss tips for this diet

Yeah you can eat all that. And don't weigh yourself every day if you can help it, plus you won't necessarily loose after one day, it can take all week before a loss will show on the scales.
 
Any of the frylights (except the salad dressing ones if i remember right) you can use a fair bit of (obviously its up to you to decide when you're using a few sprays too many) :)
