I've discovered I can't eat the Caramel Bars without being knocked out of Ketosis.
I had a Peanut Bar earlier in the week and was still well into Ketosis the next day, had a Caramel yesterday and today low and behold not even a trace of Ketosis.
I'm not going to have all the headaches etc because of too much carbs am I
