    I've discovered I can't eat the Caramel Bars without being knocked out of Ketosis.

    I had a Peanut Bar earlier in the week and was still well into Ketosis the next day, had a Caramel yesterday and today low and behold not even a trace of Ketosis.

    I'm not going to have all the headaches etc because of too much carbs am I:(

    Hiya mate

    You may well not have been knocked out of ketosis - it just may not have registered on your stick. And no, you shouldn't suffer through the carb withdrawal again - you'll be fine :hug99:

    I wouldn't have thought you'd go through the same again as last time, it's only probably mildly, not sure how many carbs are in the bars but can't be that bad! just remember not to have one of those again!!!!!! keep on the straight and narrow. x

    You definitely wont have carb withdrawal again because even if the bar knocked you out of ketosis you wont have gone back to your normal amount of carbs

    Did you test with your first pee of the day? Thats the best time to detect ketones and the most acurate time to test you could get false negatives other times during the day.

    Ahhhhh no i tested this afternoon, I'll no one tomorrow morning and see what happens:rolleyes:
