We have had company all week and have been out 3 times to eat! I have really tried to stick to plan and ask for veg and jacket instead of chips etc. No sauces on meat grilled chicken, salad for starters etc. Its so hard trying to stick to it. I have done no exercise either and we are moving into another pub next week! Not looking good on the weight loss front! Eeeeek
