Just signed up for a mammoth amount of gym work over the next week:
Wed: Legs, bums and tums
Thurs: Tredmill workout and Pump FX
Sat: Spinning and Body Combat
Tuesday: Body Combat
Also going to try and fit in a couple of brisk walks over the weekend and hopefully a swim on sunday!
