2lbs on this week (had pizza at the weekend ... twice ...) and have been out for lunch and had a sausage, bacon and egg baguette followed by a scone ... with butter ... and jam ... and cream ...
Its done and dusted now hun, just get back on plan and move forward. Next time ask yourself if its really worth having these things only to feel down when you gain. Find the will power from somewhere to just say "no".xx
i might have to try that judi. i think i'm quite succeptible to things like that. i tried to give up smokeing many many times unsuccessfully - even zyban didn't work!
but then i bought the alan carr book and cd. i've now been smoke free for 5 years in october
