I didn't cave the whole time I was out!!! I had water with me & that's all! Avoided all the yummy smelling food places & my friend eating a sandwich! She offered me a sweet too bless her, but I said no!! I'm so so chuffed!!!
(she doesn't know I'm on cd hence the food!!) xx
