So....What's for breakfast?

I had a large flat mushroom and grilled it for 10 minutes, then took it out and added chopped lean bacon (pre cooked), hard boiled egg, chopped with a couple sprays of fry-lite to bind, and some pre cooked sliced morrisons eat smart sausages. (mixed the egg, bacon and sausage together first), then stuffed the mushroom with the filling. Then popped it back under the grill for a few minutes. Really good and filling too. I do EE.
 
I had banana, grapes, an alpen bar (HEXb) and mixed it all up with a toffee mullerlight. Nom.
