Red Days so where are the 'only red' people???

overworked underpaid mum!
hiya, just almost at the end of my first week on red, after feeling lousy for a few days today i feel soooo much better! i've tried searching, but can't seem to find much on following the red only plan. in fact i think i only know 1 other person on here doing so. need to find some inspiration for future weeks as i think i'm on red to stay. surely there is more than 2 people doing all red here?
 
I only do red , although do have a green day once a fortnight ish when the urge for SW chips and beans gets too much !!!!! I love red days and feel much fuller and happier on them . Good luck and if you need any help just give me a shout :D

hehe. and u were so right btw. about picking up after a few days. just the dreaded wi to worry about in the evening tomorrow. can't even be naughty as my consultant is one of my fb friends too!

I do red days now about 95% of the time. My second week I didn't lose on EE (my fault I am sure) so I swapped to red and found that the added restriction of red allowed me to be more disiplined. I think I would be ok on EE again now but I am very happy on red so I wait until I fancy a change.
 
I am fitting a three red days in this coming week and I hope to do 3-5 red days per week from then on as I know I also lose faster when cutting right back on carbs. I wish I could devote more days to red, but I find it more expensive than green.

I have a food diary set up over in the food diary section, so I will be listing what I am eating everyday if you ever need any inspiration. I read a few peoples diaries to get some new ideas lol x
 
I do all red days I find losses are better this way!! Xx
 
Hi I also do 90% red days, however as others have said I add at least 1 green day a week as I find it helps my losses giving my body a change.
 
wow i never expected to find other people!lol so nice to see u all, elliebear i will come nosey when i have more time mizkirsty u had the same starting weight as me, currently down to *i think* 12st 10lbs now. big hello to nik, zeke and mel too as well as tigger. think i didn't miss anyone out. is there any kind of red thread to make things easier? jusy curious and all. would be so much easier to find a recipe thread for red, green there is loads for ee. amazed i'm not one of the only ones though!
 
I'm also a red girl, much prefer what I can eat on red, and feel much fuller.
The only time that I do extra easy is when I have pasta or rice as part of my main meal, which is only one or the other, once a week, and the occassional green day if I fancy a Mr.mash pizza with lots of cheese.
 
My typical week is 3 red, 3 green and 1 EE. Love red days though, I find they make me think about what I'm eating more rather than just making pasta or something simple.

Love butternut squash on a red day, either roasted and mashed or as chips.

I do mostly red days too with the odd EE or green at the weekend. I initially tried it to kick start my losses but after the first week enjoyed it so much that I have tended to stick to it for the majority of the time.
 
yeah i have to admit i started red days to rein me in, i cheat too easy i think on ee and by changing plan it was like starting over, did what i intended it to do anyhoo. although i did nick 3 weetabix minis off my son this morning, but i'd not had any hexb's or much else except a banana and some chicken. (wi tonight, so i tend to eat after wi) i have found today that i'm not as hungry as i have been before, don't know if that is just today or what. really wanna give the bns a go tonight, need to figure what to have with it. was gonna try and make chips with it, need something i can make in a chip way to fool my brain. aubergine and me did not agree last night. it was all creamy and slimy and wasn't that nice. so in a soup with that one i think. once i get a new liquidizer after frying the last one making thai chicken cakes the other night.....lol
