Hi everyone
Im coming up to a week or two of a few socials at work (people leaving or meet ups of old teams) and these traditionally revolve around the pub and a lot of drink - its one of those jobs!
My big worry is that Im going to end up sabotaging myself, I have already worked out if I drink a jd with a diet mixer its a lot less sins but I find it impossible to go out on a proper social and not have a drink (and I cant use the I have the car excuse as they are straight from work)
I dont want to be a party pooper but also dont want to undo what I have managed to do so far!
How do you cope with the social situations????
