Social occassions

Hi all,

Just completed first day on STW looking to loose around 18kg which will take me to just under target weight with the view that I'll probably put a bit on with re-feeding.

Has anyone got any tips with regarding social occasions (luckily my friends don't go out for food much anymore due to young families). I only have shakes at the moment, but they don't really lend themselves to consuming when out and about.

I want to try the diet as I'm going to Mexico in 2 weeks but struggling to find motivation around social life too. Did you start today?
 
I did start then yes, so far have just been drinking diet coke and have bought some meal replacement bars as well as shakes as they are a bit of a hassle out. It seems to be paying off as lost a little over 7kg in 2 weeks. Good luck with Mexico, I'm hoping to have got to my goal by next holiday as imagine that is difficult to stick to.
