Soda Water

    I think it is. I remember drinking it when I started ... now I may be imagining things here - someone please correct me but I think sparkling water is better than soda water as soda water has salt in it...
    hmm maybe I am imagining it !

    Thanks guys! Normally havin a glass o wine at this point on a Sat night! So broke out the soda water instead. To put a different spin on regular water!

    Cd don't recommend soda water sparkling yes soda no x

    I always drank soda water when out for a night out and it never affected my weight loss. Its only carbonated water x

    its the salt content that could make the difference then, salt makes you retain water so best to avoid and stick with sparkling where poss. Sparking water with the berry water flavour is bloody lush by the way x
