hi all im sure this has maybe been raised before but im changing to ss plus and have introduced bars im on week 3 and kinda nervous with all this change if ill affect my weight loss, also i bought first bottle of sparkling water today (whoooo rock on) and noticed the sodium content is 12mg i was quite shocked as sodium is salt if im right? then i looked at a plain bottle of water and.... sodium content is 25mg!!! should i just be drinking water from tap instead? sounds silly but just wondering what your thoughts are x

I only ever drink fizzy water (approx 2.5 Litres a day) and I have never found it effects my weight loss.

Havent noticed the Sodium content before - will have a look on my bottles!

LOL, I really wouldn't worry. If you look up the water quality for tapwater in your area, you'll find it contains sodium. In my region, the tap water contains approx. 50mg of sodium per litre.

It really isn't a problem. :)
