Soluble Paracetomol

Hi there

TOTM is looming and I always get bad headaches, can't take ibruprofen or aspirin as it upsets my stomach. Just taken some soluble paracetomol but noticed it contains citric acid - do you think this will cause a problem, can't imagine there is a great quantity but know from other posts that citric acid is to be avoided?
