Some questions: frothy soup, sparkling water & knowing you're in ketosis

When I first started on SS I found mixing the soups with a hand blender created loads of yukky froth. Now I pour the water into a pyrex measuring jug, add the powder, whisk with a fork a little to get it started then put the hand blender in and keep it at the bottom of the jug whilst blitzing. If you lift it up and down through the soup that's when the froth is created. Keep it on the bottom of the jug all the time and it creates a 'vortex' that removes all the lumps!
When making up the shakes I lift it up and down through the liquid as I like a bit of froth with my shake!
I have my husband to thank for the above as he was the one who told me to do it this way!
