Hello fellow slimmers in the WW section

I am usually in the LighterLife forum (very low calorie diet!) and I have been indulging in a few Starbucks items now that I am coming to the end of abstinence:

As a lifelong Weight Watcher, I still think in terms of points to measure a food's value.

Does anyone know how many points are in the following:

Starbucks Caramel Light (grande) - the iced version

Skinny Decaffeinated Latte (grande)

Skinny Blueberry Muffin

Banana and Nut Muffin (not skinny!)

Blueberry Muffin (not skinny!).

If you do, please could you let me know. Sadly, I don't have any of my WW materials to hand so have no idea.

Would really appreciate your help.

Wow i have found the muffins and i make the

Banana and Nut Muffin (not skinny!) 7.5 points

Blueberry Muffin (not skinny!). 8.5 points

Skinny Blueberry Muffin 5 points

I dont know why but that really shocked me lol

Thank you SOOOO much for this info'. You're right, those points are SHOCKING! 8.5 for a blueberry muffin - blimey!!!

Clearly, I must avoid Starbies for a while - or at least smash and grab a caramel light or skinny decaff - and get out!

Not good news at all! Never mind. Really appreciate you looking - at least we both know more now.
