Somebody help me PLEASE!!!!

    Hi i need help! i was doing so well with my weight loss and then. CRASH!!!:break_diet:i totally stopped doing sw and was eating wot ever i can see, had a family wedding (no excuse i know) so that also never helped then my period is like over a week late and im not pregnant went to docs gona do some tests. im just stressed and evreyday i start with a sw breakfast then it all goes pear shape! ive weighed myself and have put on 1.5kgs and im really annoyed with myself!!:mad: Somebody please help me get back n track!!

    Take a deep breath and accept you've made some choices but can also now put that in the past and look forward. Best way to move ahead is in the preparation, as its almost the weekend, most people see Monday as a good "start again" day so you have plenty of time to plan your meals/shopping and in the meantime ask yourself why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. Its such a battle to find motivation at times but you can achieve anything you want if you plan ahead and focus on it hun - best of luck x

    Wowwww.. slow down!

    No your right, youd had no 'excuse' you just made some bad choices that resulted in some weight gain! you know it can come back off again, youv just got to manage a few days 100% on plan and youl be in the swing of things again. i know how easy it is to have a nice breaky and then swerve to the darkside before its even 11am! but you have to want it, and really work to get back your mojo! xx
