Hi i need help! i was doing so well with my weight loss and then. CRASH!!!:break_diet:i totally stopped doing sw and was eating wot ever i can see, had a family wedding (no excuse i know) so that also never helped then my period is like over a week late and im not pregnant went to docs gona do some tests. im just stressed and evreyday i start with a sw breakfast then it all goes pear shape! ive weighed myself and have put on 1.5kgs and im really annoyed with myself!!
Somebody please help me get back n track!!
