Somebody help!

Thanks Vicky, that lifted me a little. I still have over 2 stone though, you think a pound would have come off
I shall put my meals on everyday like Jim says and you can keep an eye on me!

B: 2 boiled eggs
L: piece of quiche and a SF jelly and cream
D: Cheeseburger pie (coutesy of geordie Girl) and green salad

Just got it ready to put in the oven - I'm sure it's delish ;)

and you might want to watch the sf stuff Caz.

quich without the pastry ?
there is a great recipe on the recipe thread..basically eggs and cream and whatever else you fancy. bake it in greased quiche dish until solid in middle :D voila - who needs pastry!

lol now you can :)

Hi, yes it was homemade quiche without the pastry - I've made it for years so it's tried and tested. Very similar to the one in the recipe thread.

Jim do I really have to lay off SF? Doh  I had my greens so aren't I allowed?????
