    Hello all,

I really want to try a new diet plan and i'm looking into this one, but i'm so lost with what is it u actually do.

I've looked on the website emailed a consultant (awaiting a reply) but i don't get it. Is it like slim fast shake in the morning/dinner and a cal controlled tea?

Is there foods u can and can't eat?

Sorry just i'm not a fan of veg veg and veg so if its a case of i have to eat salads all the time i might as well give up now haha

    Hope someone can help me

    Thanks x x

If you look at the steps on the website there are pictures of what each stage involves. As you only have 20 odd lbs to lose you would probably be on 810 - step 2 which would be for example, 3 food packs - a bar, a shake and a soup for example - and a 250 calorie meal (plain chicken or fish and a small handful of low GI veg) and about 2/3 pint of milk. Or you may be able to kick off your weightloss for the first 2 weeks with SS (Sole Source) which is just 3 foodpacks per day (no bars allowed for the first two weeks)

Basically it boils down to this:

    3 food packs per day
    3 litres of water
    Black tea and coffee

That'll lose you up to a stone in 2 weeks, but you must not come straight off it as you need to consolidate that loss by coming off it slowly, you have to step up through the plans which will take you a few weeks.

It really is best to go and see a consultant as it is not a one size fits all diet.
