You need to be in the right frame of mind to do this diet. That said, if you go on total tomorrow and stick to it 100% you could lose that stone and a half by the time you go away.
There's loads of support here, a real lifeline to those of us who struggle, so it's the place to come when you feel like saying sod it, it's too hard and having a burger :)
Just imagine what you will look and feel like after only 'suffering' this for that short amount of time.
Good luck, and if you do decide to join us here for a rant, moan or to share your success you will be welcomed by all these lovely people.

like diet kitty says, u have to be in right frame of mind, u wil have to make ya mind up what day to start and ust go for it, u will easy lose at least a stone in a month if not more, ust think if u go to disney land u will come back even heavier and have more to lose, so its best to lose now. or u will regret it.

That's my danger time of day too. Get in from work, start cooking for everyone else and just WANT what they're having.
The Honk if you've been 100% thread is a good incentive but you're the only one who can stop popping those biscuits in your mouth.
The only thing I can do is guzzle the water and recognise that I'm not hungry and if I cave I've only got myself to blame.
That said I'm no saint and have certainly caved on a few occassions, but as you say tomorrow is a new day :)

If I may make a suggestion - why not do as some on CD do and work backwards from the plan with the most food etc to Total Solution? If you start by limiting carbs for a few days you will make the transition much more easily. Once you are properly in ketosis you can start working down the plans until you are happily (did I say happily? lol) managing on three or four packs a day.

Good luck!. I am very impressed with the level of commitment and sense of fun you Exante followers have. Oh - and your losses!

Hi wanna, like the others have said, you have to be in the right frame of mind. If you are not then don't even nother do it because you will let your self down daily and feel even worse, sounds harsh but it is true.

You sound like you want to lose the weight but also sounds like you don't want to badly enough. It is alright to come onto the forum and seek inspiration but that has to be before you cheat, not after, or it is pointless. We are here for those that really want to lose the weight, we have been where you are and believe me we all sympathise with you but at the end of the day it is up to you.

Do you remember how it felt to lose weight on CD, do you remember how you 1st felt standing on the scales and seeing a 2lbs weight loss, do you remember measuring yourself the 1st time and seeing 2 inches off your waist? Well I know you can and as you know, the sacrifice is worth it. Bottle those feelings up and use them whenever you want to cheat.

As you have seen on this forum, we try to help those who are having a bad day, or even just speak to everyone after a good day,so speak to us when you feeling rough or feel you cannot resist temptation and we will help, or just to let us how good you are feeling, even if you falter, but not on your 1st few days, because that shows the mindset is wrong. There is lots of good advice in the previous posts, and you have does this before.

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to say thanks for all the comments i really did take them all on board, and Mark, thanks for your suggestion not to post in my first few days, i decided to adhere to that and i have been in bed pretty early the last few nights and here i am day 3  and feeling pretty happy, except the nasty taste in my mouth, but i can live with it.
For anyone else struggleing to restart, i found cooking the first 3 days worth of meals for the family a god send, as all i have had to do is pop it in the oven, job done
Drink plenty of water and remember why we are doing this
I am not out of the woods yet by a long way and will be early to bed tonight too as i need to get this 1st week under my belt :D

Just wanted to say Thankyou and your all fab :D
