Someone help

Day 1 and I'm iv stuck 100% but feel so so so sick.... Shake is repeating on me, stomach dodgy. I feel awful. Done this before and never felt this way. Headache all day....

If you feel that bad I would postpone LT for now and speak to your chemist ASAP. If you've done LT before with no problems then it's unlikely that you're allergic to something in the shakes and for all we know it could be that you've caught a bug and it's just a coincidence that you happened to catch it when you were starting LT. But just to be safe, don't have any more shakes and speak to the chemist or your GP. Feeling very sick is not a side effect that you should have to put up with.. put your health first and have a healthy meal tonight if you can stomach it. xx

Last time I absolutely sailed it on this and I am 6kg lighter then when I finished 18months ago. The headache I can deal with, the dodgy stomach is awful and all the waters not helping...
