I needed to check this on the SW website, and it wasnt listed on the online list of things, so I had to put in the info myself....
the main ingredient is potato flakes, so is that the same as dried potato? When I put that as the main free food, it comes out as a free food, but if I put no free food allowance it comes out at 4.5. Hmmmmm Im a tad confused. Anyone help at all.?
Thanks guys

If I search the SW site, generic "potato farl" comes up as 2.5 syns per 28g (or 5 points for one, average weight 60g).

because they are a bread type item, you can't select a free food I am afraid.

So you can just look at calories and divide by 20 to get the syn value.

Brit Mum, does that rule apply to everything.? Thats very handy to know. Thank You
