Something new to try

So, I started aw from home the other day, Monday morning. I started on a whim and with a little information from others. I think I have grasps the basics :

*1/3 meals to be super free
*Snack on super free
*Have something dairy and a grain everyone unaccounted for
*Use your syns (between 5-15 daily)
*eat till you are full

If anyone sees anything I have misunderstood or anythinghiny I have wrong please advise.

My start weight was 14.10 which is quite a bit up from my lowest but also at the end of a nightshift which also increases my weight. But my start weigh doesn't Matter as it will be gone

I have lost 10.5 lbs this week! How can I possibly lose all that weight eating so much? Who knows, hope it stays that way :) in utter shock. Now down to 13.13 :-D amazing!

Been on plan since I started without any hassle. Today I want to bury my head in the biscuit tin! Had a packet of crisps - wotsits - after lovely lunch of boiled egg, ham, lettuce, mixed peppers and sweetcorn. Super tasty! Might start recoding my food.... Don't know yet. Holding on and staying strong and waiting for this to pass as it is just an emotional response! X
