Something to add on to our march challenge???

    I was going through the exercise and fitness forum and so that someone has started a sit up challenge.They have set up a 25 full sit ups a day challenge.Now ladies,I know that I can't do full sit ups but thinking that we all are worry about our jelly bellies during CD I thought that we could do one of our own.
    I was thinking on doing 50 low sit ups a day and get tone will we lose weight.So who want to join in.Thread always make me do things so,SHALL WE?:character00116::D

    I'm up for that challenge!! But I'll do the 25 full sit ups if that's okay, I really fancy the challenge!!! I'll start tomorrow though cos I'm in my jim jams now lol.

    Thats ok Surfunny,I just can do full sit ups but I will get there one day.Lets do it and get a flat tummy with a slim body.

    Phew, just done mine! I did 15 then 10, last 10 were hard!!! I'm sure it'll get easier though :D
