I was going through the exercise and fitness forum and so that someone has started a sit up challenge.They have set up a 25 full sit ups a day challenge.Now ladies,I know that I can't do full sit ups but thinking that we all are worry about our jelly bellies during CD I thought that we could do one of our own.
I was thinking on doing 50 low sit ups a day and get tone will we lose weight.So who want to join in.Thread always make me do things so,SHALL WE?
