I feel its time to start completing this as often as poss! as things are slipping slightly
Today ive hardly eaten a thing been soooo busy:

Loads of water at least 2litres
4 mini cadburys choc fingers (6 syns)
1 pink n whites wafer (2.5 syns)
WW fish pie with veg, (3.5 syns)
Aunt Bessies mini roasties (1.5 syns)
13.5 syns in total
Fruit salad with fat free cherry mulerlight yoghurt
Need to eat more free foods, havent eaten enough today feel headachy
