Hello! What is is you are struggling with? Is it getting on plan or staying on plan? If you struggle getting on plan, try carb reducing for 2 or 3 days prior to switching, or start on SS+, then work down to SS. Drink lots of water, if you feel tempted by anything then have another pack, or a little bit of protein.
If you are struggling to stay on plan then do something like write a diary, write the reasons why you are doing this, it's mind over matter. Once you have a few days under your belt, you won't want to spoil it. You can do this xx
