Is it just me or is anyone else really cold, I'm on day 8 and keep getting all shivery :/

Ketosis cold. Many people feel cold on this diet, mainly their hands and feet. I bought an electric blanket and an electric heated throw for the sofa when I started. My OH said that it made me seem like an old woman but it was the best thing I did .

I have been getting this with lipotrim. I usually curl up on the sofa with a throw over me and one of the dogs lay on my feet... Can't beat a furry hot water bottle that never goes cold lol

I got it from EBay. Just search for heated throw. Was 30 something pounds from memory. Really toastie warm
