Hi peeps, just want to say ive been to my neice's birthday party and i stayed 100% didnt touch anything!! My god was a tempted with the smell etc but i just had hot water. Also when i walked in so many people commented how well i looked and how slim my legs are looking lol. My sis in-law said my face has changed and you can start to see my jaw bone. My weigh in is tomorrow so i must of lost a good few pounds this week for people to notice. Roll on tomorrow!!! x

Well done Lucie for not giving in to temptation!! I've been baking & cooking for other people all day, & not been tempted once! It's weird, but I just seem to have switched off from food!
