Im the same so angry with myself for letting it go over christmas you think i would have learned some lessons at this stage, we just have to get focused again going to do out a weekly meal plan this evening
I know sweet as pie. Today I have been on track and only used 20 of my 26pp. I know you're meant to use them all every day but I'm gonna use 20 just for 3 days to give me a boost and I'm hoping along with exercise the excesses of Christmas 2013 will soon be a distant memory!
