Lost 3lb tonight 33lb lost so far felt great to have a good loss after 3 weeks of hit and miss!! cant wait for the summer hope to hit target around may!! Its been such a long time since i rely enjoyed the hotter weather for obvious reasons when your carrying more weight!! so bring it on!!!!!!!!!

Yay! This is the best mindframe to be in, I love the warm summer but hated it last year as I was sweltering in cardigans and jeans.
That's my motivation right now! To enjoy this summer!
