Sore Coccyx 'bottom'

Has anyone else been having problems with their derrierre, over the past couple of days my behind has been very sore when i sit down, is it just the fact that my big-momma's but has now fizzled away or I'm just sitting on it too much??

Im having the same prob with my knees, they are killing me as the bloody bones are touching when im in bed!! Full of bruises lol xx
