Sore throat and been taking lozenges and pastilles

Hi all
I have had a sore throat since yesterday and i wondered if it is ok if i take lozenges and pastilles will this affect the cd

Kirsty I was told as long as they are sugar free, Im on lipotrim basically the same and was told sugar free strepsils were fine......if you get a cough you can get diabetic cough mixture too.....I have recently been through all this.

As for the lozenges and pastilles I think there is sugar in them.......!
