Sore Throat

Does anyone know if there is anything we can take for a sore throat mine isnt bad at the moment but getting worse so want to be prepared if it gets worse?

Paracetamol... or gargle with salt water or soluble aspirin babe!! x

I used the soluble asprin and gargled when i had a slight sore throat in week 2 and it worked a treat.

Hope you are feeling ok and staying positive though x
