all fresh veg are free unless frozen which is around 1/2 point per portion mushrooms are also free,apples 1/2point most fruit is around the same hun

Frozen veg is zero unless it is mixed veg which usually has peas or sweetcorn or both in them

baby corn like in chinese are but not just small corn cobs, if that makes sense.

And i was one of the people that said that yesterday, ALL FREE VEG IS FREE. whether frozen or not, and all Non free veg is not free, frozen or not! So if you have a frozen pack of mixed veg you just point the vegetables in it that ahve a points value. Those packs usually have peas or sweetcorn in them and that is all you count. Packs without these in will obviously be free!

corn on the cob medium 124g is 1 point
So if it is half that size it would be 1/2 point
Im with you now sorry, im really not the brightest :D think that clears it up.

I too found this a bit baffling as all the Weight Watchers Books say Frozen Veg is half a point. It should of been clearer and said Frozen Mixed Veg which includes peas, sweetcorn etc is half a point. I can totally understand why people would be confused by this. I checked it with a Weight Watchers Leader and she agreed with all the other girls on this thread, you only count veg that has points fresh or frozen, it doesn't matter. If it's no point fresh, then it will also be no points frozen!
