Sorry to post again - a question about tea

It counts towards your fluid intake, but of course plain water is the best source. I do love a cuppa, have usually two in the morning, one mid morning/lunchtime, and usually about another one or two in the evening. Like you I use skimmed milk, which there is some calories in, but not too many to make a huge difference.

oh right thank you i dont drink tea that much anyway just when i fancy one....although sometimes i do indulge in a options light hot chocolate they are delicious but theirs only 33 cals in one :eek:

Some say caffine intake is good for weight loss, but don't know if this is true or not, or proven??
