Soup Advice

I've just made carrot & coriander soup using one of those ready prepared packs from Asda - so easy & yummy!!

Anyway I'm currently making potato & leek soup using another ready prepared pack. I'm wanting to make it creamy tasting & have 0% Greek yogurt or Asda GFY natural fromage frais in the fridge - which should I use & also can I then freeze it as I'm wanting to take it to work for lunches.

I find that yogurt and fromage frais curdles in soups when I reheat. So I use a couple of tbsp light evaporated milk instead. Its almost like using cream! Only 1.5 syns for 2 tbsp
