Soup ham stock syns

Hi I boiled a lovely ham today from christmas and usually I would chuck a load of veggies and lentils on to make a soup but unsure if this is a really bad thing to do on slimming work or not? How many syns would it be?
 
Chill the stock and skim every last bit of fat from the top and it should be free.

Thats what I do. Thing is if you'd chopped the ham up and bunged it in a casserole you've have all the juices in there anyway?
