Makes 3 generous portions for 1pp or 6 portions for 0pp
Whole BNS peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 medium onions quartered
2 Oxo Vegetable Cubes - Made up to 2 pints
1.5 teaspoons curry powder
Salt & Pepper
1. Place BNS and Onions in oven (200 degrees) for 45 mins
2. Add the BNS and onions when cooked to the stock in a large saucepan.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins
4. Leave to stand for 15 mins
5. Blitz in the processor
6. Toast the curry powder over a low heat for about 2 mins and add to the blended soup together with any seasoning you require.
